Rick Owens Ramones High Top Boot Jumbo Lace Leather Black

This tall boot runs in smooth black leather with a chunky, deeply ridged platform sole finished in contrast white stitching along the edge. Oversized cream laces wrap loosely around the ankle before tying off, echoing the wraparound lacing found across several of the brand’s high-top styles. A pull loop sits at the back of the notched collar, making the tall shaft easier to get on. The exaggerated lugged sole gives this boot serious height and grip, setting it apart from the brand’s smoother-soled leather boots within Rick Owens’ Ramones range.

Contrast Stitching on a Lugged Sole

The white stitching tracing the edge of the platform sole stands out clearly against the black leather and sole, adding a visible construction detail rather than leaving the sole edge plain.

Wearing the Jumbo Lace Detail

Let the wraparound laces sit loosely rather than pulling them tight, since the relaxed wrap is part of the boot’s overall look. Straight or slim pants keep the tall shaft and lugged sole visible.

A Boot Built Around Its Sole and Laces

Between the lugged sole and the oversized lacing, this boot carries two distinct details rather than relying on shaft height alone. Browse the rest of the Rick Owens Shoes range for the canvas and zip versions of the same silhouette. Grab this pair before your size sells out.
